Equal parts excellent and disappointing
The really good reception staff. The location is perfect, with access to explore charming local eateries and historical sites.
The separate toilet facilities felt cramped, causing discomfort during use. Noise from slamming room doors echoed through the hallways at night, disrupting our rest.

The reception staff were phenomenal, going above and beyond to help us! 🥳 The location is great, right near shops and restaurants. Just a downside, the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times, but overall a wonderful stay!

The hotel was newly decorated and the location was good and fantastic near a short distance from the local sights, the flower market and Pierre Paul Riquet statue and the wide Allees Paul Riquet and a good location for the old town, shops, restaurants and lovely park. The breakfast with relaying and boiled eggs, as example was healthy for what you got. The rooms were newly decorated with large king-size bed, felt like home. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and the owner too.

The separate toilet facilities are far too cramped!!! The room doors slam loudly every time they're closed, which disturbs everyone nearby!!! A little effort into soundproofing could make all the difference!!!
